Thank you for shopping with Eastern-Blend. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our returns and refunds policy below.

 

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

  • The product must be unopened and unused.

  • The safety seal (if applicable) must remain intact.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food supplements unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.


Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Faulty

  • Incorrectly supplied

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs showing the problem where possible

If approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement product

  • Full refund

  • Partial refund where appropriate

 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved if:

  • The product arrives damaged.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The product is faulty.

  • The return meets the conditions outlined in this policy.

Refunds will not normally be provided for:

  • Opened supplement products returned due to personal taste preferences.

  • Products damaged due to misuse.

  • Products returned without proof of purchase.

  • Products returned outside the applicable return period.

 

How to Request a Return

Please provide:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Do not send products back without contacting us first.


Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • Incorrect item sent

We will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Change of Mind

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


Refund Processing Times

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.


Subscription Orders

If you have enrolled in a subscription service:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting us.

  • Cancellation requests must be received before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

Orders already processed and dispatched cannot be cancelled.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable unless faulty:

  • Opened food supplements

  • Opened gummies

  • Opened powders

  • Opened capsules

  • Products with broken safety seals

 

Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at:

We will investigate the issue with the delivery provider and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
